We are particularly fond of this mix at gardendwellers FARM. We are so proud to use only home grown cucumbers picked at the peak of maturity in summer then freeze dried to maintain their fresh picked flavor. Then we mix those great cucumbers with our herbs for this wonderful side dish or sauce for gyro's, lamb dishes, fish, or fresh veggies.
Tzatziki: Mix 1 Tablespoon per half cup of sour cream or Greek Yogurt.
